Matt Shilcock is a South Australian creative professional with a rich background in contemporary dance theatre. Diagnosed at birth with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, commonly known as ‘brittle bone disorder,’ Matt spent much of his youth in a wheelchair before learning to walk at the age of fifteen. His journey from a full-time wheelchair user to a performing artist fueled his passion for health and wellness, which he explored through dance, fitness, and martial arts.

From 2009 onward, Matt performed professionally with renowned companies across Australia, including Australian Dance Theatre, Murmuration, De Quincey Co, No Strings Attached Theatre for Disability, Restless Dance Theatre, and Kaldor Public Arts. His talent also took him overseas, where he collaborated with companies like Kaaos Company (Finland), Mass Box (Switzerland), Touch Compass (New Zealand), Full Radius (USA), Candoco (UK), Independence (UK), FreeWill Theatre (Hong Kong), and Van L Dance Company (UK).

Today, Matt has transitioned from the stage to the digital world, bringing his creative expertise to his role as a Social Media Manager at Creative Serum and Zbigatron.com. For Zbigatron, he not only manages social media but also plays a key role in video editing and the creative process, using his artistic background to shape engaging content. Through his work, Matt continues to share his unique perspective and inspire audiences in new and meaningful ways.
